Returns

We do anything in order to deliver our products in perfect condition to you. Nevertheless, it's possible that an item does not quite meet expectations because of, for example, a manufacturing defect or when an item appears to be damaged. We advise you to immediately verify your order when you receive it.  If an item does not meet up to your expectations you may return it within 7 working days. The period of 7 working days commences after you have received the box with the ordered items.

Please note the following when returning :
• Items can only be returned if they have the original tags on them and are not worn or damaged by you.
• An email must be sent, in advance of returning the items, to info@kinderoutlet.nl.
• The article(s) you are returning must be returned within 7 days after the e-mail is received by us.
• The returned article(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice. On the invoice must be indicated which items are returned and why. This way we directly know who the return is from, and what the complaint is.
• Transportation costs and the responsibility for returning the item(s) are yours, unless otherwise agreed. Insufficient or unstamped items are not accepted by us. You can return items to:

If the complaint is justified we will return the cost of the item to you. We pay upon receipt of the item, the purchase price plus shipping and return as soon as possible. This happens within 3 working days after receiving  the return. The shipping costs of the original shipment are not refundable.

It is also possible to exchange the item. In that case, Kinderkleding & Kinderoutlet Groothandel Veldhoven will reimburse the shipping costs of your new order.
